We have been using JIRA for about 2 years and now would like to use Portfolio for our client service teams. We do not have the concept of releases since based on client work.
My main question is in regards to sprint capacity as it can change week to week with vacations etc.. If I have a velocity of 20 but I know Thanksgiving week it will only be 8 is there a way for Portfolio to handle those changes from week to week? I am only seeing one static number.
