Additional hierarchy level not showing up in Project Roadmap

We created the "initiative" level above Epic and this is working fine in my Advanced Roadmap view.

I am able to create initiatives and link Epics underneath them.

When I go to the specific project roadmap I am only able to see Epics and below (stories, tasks, etc) - is there a way to create and view the newly added "Initiative" level on the individual project roadmaps?

Hi @Dow Veeranarong and welcome to the Community!

No, that is not possible. The extended hierarchy is a feature specific to advanced roadmaps. The basic roadmap you see in your project does not support that extension.

Hope this clarifies!
