 Hello Team,

I´m new user of Jira Portfolio, and have a silly question:

I created a Plan "A",  one of my colleague create Plan "B" .  Our portfolio using same board. Every time that I create  a new initiative on  my plan ("A"),  this  also populate his plan ("B").

is this correct ?   is possible to prevent this behavior?

thanks for time and attention.

Best

Marçal

If the source for two plans is the same, then any changes made in one plan will affect other plans after commit. Once Commit is done in Portfolio, issues are updated in Jira and your colleague's plan will be updated automatically. I would highly recommend to use one plan. or, you can use different filters to restrict your initiatives to display only for your filter eg: adding labels and using it in filter for Plan A

thanks for your help Aswin. :-)

much appreciated.
