I am the founder of NewRedo, a UK-based IT services and consultancy company. With over 15 years in the agile community, I organize Agile Yorkshire and previously worked as an architect at Sage. My experience includes successful agile transformations at easyJet, EE, and Renault F1, along with multiple product acquisitions. Outside work, I enjoy rock climbing, sailing, and spending time with my two daughters.
