TRELLO - MS Project combination in Building Project Management field Edited

Hello,

I'm an italian civil engineer involved in building of a very big Commercial Center.

In order to quick the works in building site I'm trying to use an AGILE (scrum/kanban) method to perform the Project Management activities.

So I would use MS Project to have a complete vision of Cost and Time control for a very complex project and TRELLO to quick the single activities of every single months and the information fluxes between the Teamworks.
