I say hello, and ask if there are free (freelance) Scrum development teams in this community?

Konstantin Nazarov October 28, 2020

Yes, of course I'll say hello. Hello Group! (the first sentence when joining a group is an offer to say hello)

I see that the group is quite large. Are there really those who manage projects? Or are there also Scrum development teams who are looking for a project leader for their team, in the understanding of the concept of a servant leader?

I would like to talk to such a team with pleasure.

Hello and welcome in the group.

I would expect that many people do not manage any projects.

We transitioned from Project to Product :-)

At the communities of Scaled Agile alliance it might be easier to get in touch with scrum teams. Though we never know what we find in here.

Hello @Erica Moss ! But I joined the J&C group some time ago, and there I also greeted the community. But apparently, neither the development teams, nor the product owners, nor the recruiters are very well aware of the J&C group as active. Although, it would seem, where is it easier to look for a specialist in Jira, if not in the Jira community? Apparently, now, according to the established rules, this is not done. If I was looking for a specialist as an employer, then I would go to their community or university. To me, this logic of behavior looks reasonable. Am I right, Erica?

Well for the moment, I don't know about available scrum development teams.

But I know a recently certified SAFe Scrum Master 5 with some capacity.

He develops the profession of remote, asynchronous scrum master further.
