How can Confluence and Jira, among others, be used to help foster good enterprise architecture practices.

Hey @[deleted] ,

Welcome to the community.

Regarding the question, well it depends on how deep you want to go.

It can be simply business projects to keep track and visualize your EA Team's work, or either map the infrastructure and services with something like Insight - Asset Management for Jira.

You could visualize all your architecture components (not only hardware :P) and do analysis on it.

Cheers

Welcome @[deleted]

I'd start documenting those good practices. Confluence is a great tool for documentation, and you can also create a Knowledge base to help teams find the information. Good luck!
