I have jumped into this after a recommendation with very little knowledge about Atlassian but hoping we can improve our knowledge base organisation and daily workflows.

Hi

It is possible to connect Jira Data Center and SharePoint using Microsoft Flow by utilizing the Jira API and SharePoint API to create flows that sync data between the two systems.

You can also use webhooks to trigger flows in Microsoft flow or third-party integration tools like Zapier, Workato and etc. However, implementing this solution requires some level of technical knowledge and development skills, including working with APIs and JSON data.
