Hi Pedro,

We used Confluence to collaborate and document our product, projects and troubleshooting it is powerful, helpful and user friendly.

If you are using Confluence for Production then I suggest you to create Space for each Team, you have Space for Developers, Quality-Assurance, Infrastructure etc. and have them create their pages this is where they can create documentation about code releases, troubleshooting etc. You can also create groups and assign users to that group and have that group access a specific Space or restrict a page to be edited be other users. in addition you can also integrate applications to your Confluence like Slack, Trello, Google Drive etc.
