So, when the pandemic came, we all tightened our shoelaces and decided that this will be the time we always needed.
To work on ourselves, to learn, to give back, to be productive and to rest.
..and we did.
We restarted old hobbies, started eating clean, did weight loss challenges, etc..
but now, 8+ months in, we are all losing steam.
For me, I went on a fitness journey.
Lost almost 8+kgs, ate clean, worked out daily, documented my journey and with my team mates @Soumyadeep Mandal , @Leslie Lee , @Mikael Sandberg , we together won the "Community Wellness challenge".
Sounds awesome, right ?
.. but by the time 4th-5th month came I started losing focus.
Cut to now (time of writing this post),I've accumulated more than half of that weight back. With very little motivation left, I wonder how are all of you doing?
Have you fallen in a slump?
How do you plan to get to "new normal" as even with the lockdown lifted majorly, life doesn't seem to be getting back to normal for a while.
Please share your story and (please) your tips too.
Thanks.
