JSM - password expiration for portal users

Is there a way to set up password expiration policy such as 90 days expiration for portal users in Jira Service Management?

from the Suggestion over at jira.atlassian.com I seem to understand the policy is unified across all accounts - there seems to be no exclusive setting for Portal users:

• Allow service desk customers to have more relaxed password policy than other Jira users

Are we safe to assume the question was for JSM Cloud?

My question was specifically to make it more stringent. Other Jira products of Atlassian may be more internal facing like Jira Cloud but JSM cloud has internal employees and external customers. We would like to make sure when customers login to the portal, it has password policy and expiration policies. The Jira you shared seems to be more on the other direction of relaxing password policy for JSM customers.
