I would like to be the only person, who will create unlimited boards in Trello for my company, with many lists and invite up to 30 person in each board. After i would like these people to add cards, comments, add attachments and use all the main possibilities, Trello gives.
For example, my company has a new order, i will invite team to the board, create departments lists and after i would like that all the details each department has regarding this order, to write down in their own lists and in case of necessity tag another department’s introducers and discuss cases with comments, or tag each other to the cards.
So now i’m interested, for this operations which upgrade i need to use and will it be enough to make only my profile’s upgrade, as i’m the only person, who will create unlimited boards and after invite my coworkers?
Hi @Mariam Kvintradze 👋
Welcome to the Community! Thank you for describing your situation that really helps. As an individual I would suggest the Premium plan which will allow you to create unlimited boards and invite users to these boards.
The part that might get tricky is how many of these 30 members on each board will appear on other boards as with Premium - A board member who is on two or more Standard or Premium Workspace boards is a multi-board guest of that Workspace. Multi-board guests are billed at the same rate as a normal Workspace member. Find more here.
If this is the case your company may want to look in to the Enterprise plan as they will need to include other team members with the functionality to be a part of a number of boards.
