when trello is integrated with slack, do users of slack same automatic usability on trello?

i have integrated trello on slack, but it's proving a little more difficult to use than expected. can anyone confirm whether my team will have automatic rights & usability on trello as they do on slack, or do I have to add them separately on trello?

First of all, if all the members of slack are also member of the same Trello board you have integrated they will have the access to get the notification and all sorts of things that the member has the permission of. Your team needs to add separately to the specific Trello board that you want to give access to.
