when I update a new due date, trello simply does not change it,

I can not use my due dates in the calendar....I change the due dates and some seconds after, all they return to the last define date. 

I contacted customer service but they insist that I shall read the community's reviews in order to find an answer..... I don´t find some useful information to solve it.... I feel lost

Any suggestion?

What does the Activity log says about who made the change? Is there a Butler icon there? It can offer some clue. When this happens, go over to Butler under Rules to check the console (click bulb like icon) for each enabled rule. All the best to your troubleshooting effort.
