Hi I've had a response, but its not correct, my username has been set up, but its not correct, I don't know how to select the correct user name? its currently putting my password is as my user name, is there someone I can call to get this sorted please

You own the email address associated with your account and can recover your password at https://trello.com/forgot.
@keetley1 what do you mean by "its currently putting my password is as my user name"? Can you share a screenshot of what this looks like?
