They are charging me 3 subscriptions, but I only want one. I need you to cancel the US$ 359.97 charge so I can carry out the correct subscription.

 

I'm trying to talk to your team through the contact page, but I keep getting an error!

I'm really sorry to hear about the billing issues you're experiencing with the multiple subscriptions. It sounds quite frustrating, especially when you're facing errors trying to reach out for help. I've raised a support ticket for you with the number CA-2658376.

An acknowledgment email should be sent to you shortly confirming that we've received your request and will be looking into the matter. Rest assured, we'll work on getting the additional charges of $359.97 canceled if there is no usage around that.

As additional information, To clarify Trello's pricing, it is typically determined on a per-user basis within a workspace. This means that if both you and another person require access to the premium features of Trello, individual licenses would be necessary for each of you. More specifically, Premium is charged per member within a workspace.

However, certain circumstances could lead to extra charges. For example, incorporating Multi-Board Guests can incur additional fees. On the other hand, there are no charges associated with Single-Board Guests. Therefore, if only one of you needs access to a single board, the role of a Single-Board Guest could be used without needing a second license.

A Guest is someone who is on a board, but not on the Trello workspace that owns that board. Guests can only see the Trello board to which they are invited; they can’t see any other workspace boards.

Some examples of this would be:
 * A board member who is on one workspace board is a Single-Board Guest of that workspace.
 * A board member who is on two or more workspace boards is a Multi-Board Guest of that workspace. This is a billable user type and is only available with a paid subscription.

To add members to a board, select "Invite" from the board menu. You can search for a user by username or enter an email address to invite them to the board. Click their name to add them to the board. Depending on the board settings, you may need to be an admin to invite someone to the board.
