Our project workspace was unable to be opened again.
It displays the message "We're having trouble loading this board."
Last week, the same issue occurred; why does it keep happening?
Could you please solve it? and please let me know what's causing the issue.

Sorry for the trouble - we experienced a period yesterday (similar to last week) where some users were unable to access boards.
Our engineers have now deployed a fix, and your board should be back up and running as normal. Sorry for the impact to your work.
