trello emails not appearing on trello card

we are currently using trello to do our interrupts and the emails that come through generally creates a trello card under an interrupts list but the emails have not been coming through to this card list for the past month now.  where do i go to check this please advise

@Chantel Govender I've seen several email to board issues reported recently, I've alerted the atlassian team to this.

Hey @Chantel Govender,

Blair here from the Trello team. We recently had an issue with our email-to-board feature and made some changes to fix it recently.

Could you please let me know if you're still experiencing this issue today?
