First of all, if you are using the app then sync your iPad board by opening the board on the iPad then click the three-dot menu top right corner. At the bottom of the menu click on the synced option.
Now clear the browsing data from your mac browser then login to the account again. Hope it will solve your problem and make sure your internet connectivity is good.
