Hello,
I've erased by mistake a work written on description. I've tried to recover it following the instructions on this link : https://help.trello.com/article/783-recovering-the-description-of-a-card-that-has-been-changed but it didn't work.
Is this process still working ? I can access to some informations of my card (https://trello.com/1/cards/V5MyADv6/actions?Filter=updateCard:desc) but there is no old description.
Thanks for your help
Louis
