My team has used Trello extensively but the last few months we ran into issues where even when someone was pushing the "save" button manually or "Alt-Enter" hotkey to save changes, someone would later come back to the card and the card would say "Unsaved Changes". It's not easily reproduceable, any recommendations?

Also, is there a way to lock the ability to drag a card on a board? We want them to be moveable, but not by dragging.

Hi Nitai,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 🙂

Is there a chance you copy-paste text to card description from a third-party text editor?

The reason I'm asking is that we've discovered an issue when paragraphs are treated differently by Trello in comparison to the original text editor. This causes an additional step of saving the changes once again. Am I correct to assume that after you see the "Unsaved Changes" banner and save the card description, the message doesn't appear again?

If that's the case, then our team is already working on this issue. While I don't have an ETA on when a fix for the issue will be pushed, we will deploy it as soon as one is available.

As for your question about the drag & drop feature, unfortunately, there's currently no way to turn it off. Could you please share a little more context behind this request? I'll be glad to send it over to our product team for consideration!
