Hi - I may just not be thinking clearly but I would love some guidance as to how to set up a board
I want to have the following statuses - pitch planning execute/shoot complete
the cards will be the individual project names
I would like to have a list of who is working on which of the projects ( the team) and be able to identify high level dates of deliverables..
Can I invite as many people as I want to my boards - or does that cost.. how would you set this up in Trello ?
donna_lowery@condenast.com you can have as many board members as you like. Paid plans apply to teams. You pay for members of a business class or enterprise team, and guests added to more than one board in a business class or enterprise team.
If I were you I would have:
1) One list for each status
2) Team members added to cards
3) Due date on the card set to the shoot date when confirmed during planning
