We would like to migrate our current free accounts to a paid account. We prefer consolidated billing for the entire company rather than individual invoices. Is it necessary to subscribe to a business account, or would a premium account suffice?

Trello's Premium and Standard plans are workspace-specific, this means they only apply to the workspace you choose when you upgrade and any other workspaces would need to be upgraded separately.
Trello's Enterprise plan is different as this is one subscription that you can apply to as many workspaces as you need without needing to pay for each workspace separately. 🙂
