deseo cancelar la suscripcion que por error acepte pero no me permite hacerlo, no me sale la opcion de cancelar en la parte facturacion y no se donde me puedo comunicar para que soporte me ayude

Are you referring to your premium trial? If so, you can contact the support team at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ to request cancellation of the trial. Otherwise, it will automatically expire at the end of the trial period and revert to the free version.
