Our team has a work board that I used to be able to access normally, but recently I suddenly can't get into it anymore. Moreover, the workspace administrator has repeatedly tried to add me as a member, but it has not been successful. Could you please tell me what the problem might be?

It could be that the Enterprise admin for your company has restricted sharing of boards with people outside their domain and/or users without the Enterprise license (details here). You will need to contact your company's IT team to resolve this.
