moving cards

Hi All, 

I cannot move my cards between lists with the drag and drop function!! it just doesnt work, or well it works sometimes and then stops working!! please help? otherwise why am i using trello without this key feature.

Are you using the browser, desktop version or any of our apps? Have you tried a different browser or device to see if it works there?

im using the desktop version app for microsoft windows on a new surface pro 7
