No ambiente gratuito eu como responsável criei cinco áreas de trabalho e conecte-o as pessoas nas áreas de trabalho. uma para cada setor da empresa. na versão paga essa estrutura pode continuar. eu como administrador em todas as areas e em cada área ter funcionários diferentes. como ficaria o pagamento?

Standard or Premium is an upgrade for a Trello Workspace and all of the members within the Workspace, instead of individual accounts. When you upgrade all 5 Workspaces, with yourself as an administrator, you are essentially paying not only double, but 5 times the price for yourself.
What many companies do, and what we recommend, is to use a single Workspace as your Premium Workspace and associate all your boards with that Workspace. Then, using the Collections feature, organize your boards into multiple groups/sectors. The following articles contain information to help you make this transition:
