i can't log in to my trello account. Can someone help me?

my trello account was setup with my old login in and I have been using that login until this morning. I tried to login as usual and I have not been able to login at all to the Trello board at all. I have contacted others on my team that use the trello board and they have access. What should I do. I created a new account with my correct email,but still have no access.
