how to bulk add members to a Trello card

What is is best way to add multiple members to a Trello card and replicate that process?  

For example, I have 2 groups West and East.  West has 15 members.  Can I create a "West group" that I can drag and drop into a card, rather than clicking on each individual member to add them to a card.

I understand how to create a team, but I must have failed to properly articulate my question.  I need to add 15+ team members to a card with one click / simultaneously and that article only speaks how to create a team.
