Trello does not have a feature to automatically set the card color by assignee like Jira does. Here are some settings you can manually set to help identify the issues in your board:
- Assign the cards to the users currently working on them. This will display their avatar in the cards.
- Create labels to identify specific users or teams. You can then choose to display the full tags in the cards or only the tag colors.
- Add a custom cover to each card. You can choose a color or image to set it on the full card or in the title only.
