firefox 56 doesn't load trello after logon

olli_che November 2, 2017

I've updated my fedora 25 and it seem to load new firefox browser. After this I can't continue w/ trello after login - no elements to operate. I've disabled plugins, removed cookies and cache, restarted firefox. This doesn't help. With F12 console  I see error about corrupt file (which I can download w/ wget w/o error):

Hi Oleg,

Do you have any other browsers on the computer that you could try? Is it happening in any of them?

Next, I would suggest we make sure you can otherwise access Trello's CDN, which is necessary to use Trello. The best way to test whether you can access Trello’s CDN is to open both of our test pages, hosted on the CDN:
https://d78fikflryjgj.cloudfront.net/test.html

http://a.trellocdn.com/test.html

If that doesn’t load, there are a few common potential causes, such as DNS cache issues or a firewall blocking access. For more information about how to troubleshoot those issues, please see: http://help.trello.com/customer/portal/articles/1339289-loading-resources-from-trello-s-cdn

If none of that is working, I would suggest reaching out to us directly via https://trello.com/contact, and we'll be glad to look into it!
