Is it possible to have a group of team members who can edit a board and another group who can only observe/comment?

Hi Daniel,
In Trello Business Class, board admin have the option to designate board members as Observers.
Right now, the Observer setting for users is per-board and we don't have an option for grouping team members as Observers on all boards.
