My recommendation to ALL those who use Trello at a company...
Create a "service account"
- Create a company email (e.g. trelloadmin@yourcompany.com)
- Create a new Trello account with that email address and ensure that they are a workspace admin
- Ensure that >1 person in the company can access the email and the Trello account...
I realise this doesn't solve your immediate need but it certainly prevents it happening again.
- I am guessing in this case, they are the only admin on the 3 boards, otherwise you or another admin could remove them. Can you confirm?
- If you can hang tight, Trello are making some updates to member administration which should allow you to remove this member from your workspace...Coming in the next few weeks...
- Otherwise, if you haven't already used it, take out the Premium Free Trial and this will give you full admin access and allow you to remove them...
