i am creating a rule. i have the rule as, when the custom field set to something in the list, then send an email.
my problem is, the the rule works when we set the custom field in the card that is already in the list, but if a card already have the custom field set and then move to the list does not work.
can you please advise
Hi @Ramiz Makouei ! Welcome to the community :) Do you want the email to trigger when the custom field is set in that list or when a card with the custom field set is moved to this specific list? Or both? If you want to trigger when the card is moved to the list, your trigger should be "when a card with the custom field set is moved to the list...". So perhaps you need a secondary rule for this?
