I had a Monthly fee for Trello Business Class with 2 user for 25$
after two month they took without any approval for Annual fee amount of 239$ !!!!!!!
This is a company of cheats and thieves.

I understand that something happened and you might be frustrated however Community is not the best place to show this. We are not able to know your billing information and unfortunately would not be able to help you in any way than just point you to the Trello Support that would look into your account and see what is really wrong with the payment.
I think when something would be wrong you would get a refund. That should not be a problem.
