Hello I am helping an entrepreneur that is working in trello with his clients and he is the admin and working in premium account. He is able to add boards and add clients. but he changed his email adres and has no longer acces to the workspaces. When he logs in he is a new user and can not do anything. I assume login in to the old account (email) is no longer possible. He asked to unlock the old account but no reply yet.
can someone help us what to do?
Hello Nicolas, my client already did and he had no respons until now. Is it possible to restore the old account? He still gets notifications but when he opens the email he can only log in with the new email and then he sees nothing.
