can we move all rules to an other account or an other board

I wonder if I can move all the rules I made on butler to an other account and if I could add a rule on many different boards at the same time

You can add them to several boards within the same account, yes.

Simply enable the Butler Power-Up on the new board, open Butler and click "enable" for each already existing command that you would like to use on this board.

I think this depends what kind of account you have with Trello.

It should work with a business account, but if you want to be 100% sure, please contact the official Trello support: support@trello.com.
