I am new to Trello this week. My team member uploaded an attachment. I could see that attachment. Next he uploaded another attachment and now on that card I cannot see any attachments. The icon on the card cover does show the paper clip symbol for attachments along with the number 2. So I know it is there, I just cannot see them when I open the card. Can you assist?
I figured out that Trello Gold is needed to see the attachments. All set!!
Hi @Elaine_Keiser ,
Welcome to the community!
To view the attached files you don't need Trello gold. If you want to upload/attach a file that is more than 10 MB then you will require Trello gold and many other reasons to have Trello gold: https://www.trello.com/pricing
Just goto the board -> open the card -> show details
OR
Just goto BOARD -> SHOW MENU -> ACTIVITY
by following the above you will able to solve or able to find out what has happened with your attachments in the card!
I hope this will solve your problem!
This is great however the attachments did not show up all morning, even after a restart. The minute I upgraded the PDF files showed up as they should. I am happy to be a part of the Trello community and don't mind paying for such a great tool.
