alerts when a card is edited

I am looking to receive an alert when any card in a specific board is edited. For example, if someone changes the description in the card or updates a part of it, I want to receive an email or a notification of some sort. Is there a way to make this happen? Thank you!!

Hello, thank you for this. When I watch a list or card I do not receive notification for changes in the description section. For example, I am using one of my trello boards as a daily schedule for employees. Each card is someone's daily tasks. If an employee wanted to, they could edit their tasks -which I have typed in the description section- without any managers receiving notification. I want to be alerted when/if ANY card changes are made.
