I created an automation for anyone to mark a checklist that marks all the checks inside the card. When someone clicks on the check, the account of the person who executed the command does not appear at menu. The account of the person who CREATED the rule appears as completed in the menu.
I want it to show in the menu activities the person who completed the check with automation.
How do that?
@Gestão de Processos DP welcome to the community! I `believe` if you use the `{username}` variable, that specifies who triggered the action. I don't think you can edit the activity list to say that person, but you could add on action that posts a comment afterwards saying "{username} checked the checklist". (Search for the member variables section here.)
