Hi,

 

for some reason my other account has been deactivated, i dont know why, didnt receive any email regarding this and i need that account for work. what do i do?

Could you please confirm if your account is managed or unmanaged 

if managed you may reach out to your admins and ask them to follow : https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/enabling-a-deactivated-account-to-provide-site-access-1005792657.html

If unmanaged then please follow these steps : https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/re-activate-disabled-unmanaged-account-1217200779.html
