Hi!
I have a colleague who activated the trello app in zendesk (works for all her colleagues), when she logged in to trello it just spins and is not synced with her board.
We have tried both chrome and safari, uses the latest update in chrome, we have tried clearing cookies and cache and inkognito. Logged in and out, refreshed the app but with no success.
Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Can you ask her to disable the power-up and authorize again to see if the issue persists?
1. Go to the board where this Power-Up is enabled.
2. Open the Board Menu and select the Power-Up.
3. Select Remove personal settings and Disable the Power-Up.
4. Go to https://trello.com/my/account
5. Under the Applications section, select Revoke under any entries for PowerUp (if any are found).
After that, go ahead and reenable the Power-Up and follow the authorization flow. Can you let me know how that goes, please?
