Wrongly Subscribed to Trello Gold, want to Cancel and get Money Back

Hi!

I Subscribed to Trello Gold because it was written they make a gift for inviting 7 people. I have entered the bank details. But it requested money so I cancelled my subscription also I didn't have money on the card.

 

After putting money on my card Trello has taken $45. I didn't want to pay for this subscription.

How can I return my money and delete the bank details?

I can't delete my bank card information from the Trello Gold page.

Click your initials/picture in the type right, click Help, and click Send a Message. Then you can contact the Trello team directly. They respond fairly quickly there. This is more of a public discussion forum.

Do they make you put your card details in even if your only using the "free gift" credit for invites.

Thats a bit off really, if they charge too ... what if you dont like it and want to stop it towards the end of the gold period whilst your still in the freebie.

I didn't have to put in any payment details to use the Business Class trial, but I do find that it's all a bit unclear/vague/misleading. Like there is now a "Add Payment Details" button on the bar saying how many days are left on my trial, which I really think should be a "Purchase Business Class" button. There does feel a hint of deception there, even if it's not intentional.

As for no response - I'm really surprised! If I submit a question or suggestion I always get a response within 24 hours, so that's disappointing that they're silent on a big issue like that.
