A member of our company Workspace stopped being able to see the company Workspace when they login. The user name and email are correct and same as before they lost ability to see the company Workspace. They are also still listed as a member for the Workspace.
Any guidance to how to restore them finding the company Workspace when the log in is appreciated.
Hi @Steven Burns, welcome! There isn't a super straight forward answer here, unfortunately. What does the member see when they log in? Is there any error messages you can show us here?
Also, are you perhaps part of a company's Trello Enterprise account? Enterprise members are a special case and if a managed Enterprise member doesn't have a license for the Enterprise, they can still log in but their account appears empty. In this particular case, an Enterprise admin needs to give them a license and they'll see all of the workspaces and boards again.
It turns out the user had two logins, one he accidentally created some time ago and was trying to use that login.
