Workspace Members pictures not showing

Few days ago, we were able to see all the members photo(profile pic) on the workspace and boards. Now, we are just getting the first letter of their first and last name. My other desktop can see them all just fine but the other computer does not. What is the issue?

@jordan.moore - are you logged in to the same Atlassian ID on both of your devices?

This could be related to Atlassian ID privacy settings.

For example, if you're logged into a personal Atlassian ID on Device 1, and a work Atlassian ID on Device 2, they may see the Avatar image (or not) or the full name (or not) of board participants.
