@Marcus_Torrence yep, you can do this with any team, if you click invite then start typing you'll see a link to invite all team members:

@Iain Dooley Thanks. I'm sorry I was not clear on that question though. Can a user invite an entirely different than team than his/her's,  to a board?

@Marcus_Torrence The team members that will be added from that menu item are dictated by which team the board is in, not which team the member doing the inviting is in. I'm not sure whether or not a member of a board who is not a member of the team to which the board belongs will see that option, but a board member who is not a member of a team won't be able to add that board to that team at any rate.
