Will invited members invited only to my one board in the premium version be billed?

Good day, I'd like to inquire if I'm using only one board and personally paying for the premium version, and I invite only additional colleagues to this one board who have only the free version. Will these members be billed? Or will they not be billed if they are assigned only to this one board?
