Hey! I recieved the message from your team about terminating my account in 30 days. I have a couple of questions:
1) Will I still have an access to trello or the access will be blocked?
2) The info from trello will be instantly deleted?
3) Even If I have a free version of trello I will still lose the access?
Thank you
Polina
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
1) Will I still have an access to trello or the access will be blocked?
Your access will be blocked. As your account is going to be removed, you will have no way to log into Trello.
2) The info from trello will be instantly deleted?
No. My understanding is that Atlassian will treat it as no longer active, which means it will continue to be backed up and restorable, but you won't be able to get into it. After a while, it will be dropped from the backups, effectively deleting it.
Your Atlassian account data will be treated much the same - backed up, but unusable, for a while, unless you actively request deletion before the sanctions apply (then it gets deleted).
3) Even If I have a free version of trello I will still lose the access?
Yes, because your account will be shut down.
Note that Atlassian are not directly shutting down your Trello. They are sanctioning your Atlassian account. If your Trello is part-owned by someone else who is not being sanctioned, then it will not be shut down.
Thank you!
Could you please also tell me, can I log in under another account, which is not russian, will I still be able to use it staying inside the country?

You will be fine with any account that is not based in an area currently under the impact of the war, and not using IP addresses within Russia, Belarus, and large chunks of Ukraine that may be currently occupied, or at risk of being occupied.
The main thing though, is that your account is not owned by an organisation that supportive of the illegal invasion.

confluence keeps emailing me about closing inactive account. I'm not even sure when I open an confluence account. But I'm afraid closing it will affect my trello account so i have been logging in for the sake of doing so every few months

Your account will not be seen as inactive if you are logging into it regularly.
I suspect your Confluence is emailing you about a different account to the Atlassian account you use to get into Trello.
