I am currently using the free version of Trello and would like to upgrade to the premium version. However, I am concerned about potentially losing my current data during the subscription change. Could someone please confirm if this will happen?
Additionally, I am unclear about the premium fee structure. Is it charged per user per year? I have a team of 10 people, and I want to ensure they will also have access to all premium features. If I purchase the premium plan, will my team members be added as collaborators with full access to these features?

no worries! You won't lose any data by switching plans. Be aware when switching back because some funtions won't work the same as before.
The fees are paid mainly monthly, you have the chance to pay it yearly but to be honest with 10 users its not really worth it.

Cho I also have this question - did you upgrade and did you lose your board info when you did?
Did you downgrade and run into issues after the free trial too?
Can't get any direct response / answer from Atlassian on how this works - would like to talk a person rather than community board with no come back to committing to upgrade!
