Why won't my Outlook Add-in allow me to create cards that include attachments

I'm unable to load cards to Trello that include attachments from my Outlook Add-in.

This is a recent issue - I was able to load cards with attachments previously.

I've removed and uninstalled the add-in but this hasn't resolved the issue.

I am however able to add the card to trello if there is no attachment.

Please can someone give me advice or assist with this issue.

Thanks Christl,

I did see this post actually and emailed the Microsoft support email address that the user mentioned too. There was unfortunately no resolution in that post. Hoping for the best though!
